At Jhunjhunu Academy, we celebrated Krishna Janmashtami on 24th August 2024 with great joy and enthusiasm. The festival, which marks the birth of Lord Krishna, brought a wave of devotion and excitement to our school.
The celebration began with a special assembly in which the students of Jolly Angels and classes 1 and 2 participated actively. The little ones came dressed as Lord Krishna and Radha, filling the atmosphere with their innocent charm and enthusiasm. Their bright costumes and happy faces made the event lively and colorful.
The highlight of the celebration was the mesmerizing dance performances by the students. They portrayed the life of Lord Krishna through various traditional dances, which were both captivating and meaningful.
Our Headmistress, Ms. Uma Sharma, and Vice Principal, Ms. Saroj Singh, graced the occasion with their presence. They appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers in organizing such a beautiful event. Ms. Saroj Singh encouraged the students to always strive for excellence and stay rooted in their cultural values.
Overall, the Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebration at Jhunjhunu Academy was a great success. It not only provided an opportunity for the students to learn about our rich cultural heritage but also allowed them to express their creativity and talents.
